These kits use my own unique hand
batik printed and hand dyed fabric. They contain all the fabric you
need to complete the quilt top, backing and
binding.
At present I can also include 1
oz. tetron batting which I
used to make the sample illustrated. This is easily washed and dried.
Each kit contains full instructions, with colour photographs of each
step.
As the fabric for each
quilt is
individually made, there will be variations in colour etc.
If you are unhappy with the fabric you receive, please contact me and I
may be able to replace it. I can also offer other colours and patterns
on request if you want something special. ( I may charge more for
exclusive use of a design.) There are more colours and

The piecing for all these quilts
is very simple and relies on the pretty fabric for effect.
A rotary cutter is necessary for most of them.

Koru Hearts Cot Quilt
approx.
30" x 38" or 75 x 95 cm.
An original design using my own batik printed fabric. The
Maori-inspired motif and border design is printed on a soft and
fine 100% cotton lawn.
This kit contains: hand dyed cotton lawn for sashing and
backing, hand batik printed cotton lawn blocks, border and
binding, 1 oz.
tetron batting.

Sweet Simplicity Cot Quilt
approx. 28" x 32" or 70 x 80 cm.
This little cot quilt is extremely quick
and easy to piece, using a rotary cutter and mat.
In sturdy hand-dyed cotton lawn, the colours are gentle but not
"girly". Everything you need is included: hand-dyed fabric for
the top, backing and binding, and tetron batting for easy washing and
drying. May be hand or machine quilted. Full instructions are included,
with colour photographs of each step. An ideal project for a less
experienced quilter.

Hearts and Diamonds Cot Quilt
approx. 30" x 36" or 75 x 90 cm.
Simple piecing using rotary cutter
A girly quilt in
gentle colours. The piecing is much easier than it looks, there
are only a few bias seams, which are promptly stabilised by the
sashing. The backing is hand dyed.
Kit contains hand dyed
lawn for the backing, sashing and small squares, hand batik printed
lawn for large squares and border, and 1 oz. tetron batting for easy
washing and drying. This is a lovely fine
and soft lawn.

"Blue Stars" Cot Quilt

colours. The piecing is much easier
